Store in a cool, dry place.

1 ounce of reconstituted dried mushrooms equals 4 ounces of fresh mushrooms.

To reconstitute mushrooms you can:

       a. Blanch in boiling water for 2 – 5 minutes.

       b. Soak for 30 minutes in lukewarm water or wine.
