Coffee Umami Steak Rub

Seasoning your steak with salt and pepper like you normally would then add this rub

Rub recipe
12 g blended to a powder dried black trumpets
14 g ground espresso
10 g garlic powder
10 g onion powder
3 g New Mexico chili powder

Use this rub within a week of  making it because the coffee will lose its flavor
